The implementation standards for stainless steel metal hoses vary significantly depending on the application scenarios, pipe types, and regional regulations. The following is a classification explanation of the key standard system:
🔧 1. Stainless steel corrugated hose for gas transmission
GB/T 26002-2010
It is applicable to the gas pipeline transportation system (non-terminal connection), and it is necessary to clearly distinguish between the "buried (M)" and "non-buried (F)" models. The thickness requirements for the cladding of the two are different (M type ≥1.8mm, F type ≥0.5mm). The contradiction between the name and the model is prone to cause the risk of misuse.
🔥 2. Stainless steel corrugated hose for gas appliance connection
GB 41317-2024 (mandatory standard)
It will be implemented on August 1, 2024, replacing GB/T 41317-2022.
Core requirement : Both ends must be threaded joints (the insert joints in the old standard are abolished);
Coverage : Ultra-flexible hoses for both fixed and mobile gas appliances.
⚙️ III. General stainless steel metal hose basic standard
GB/T 14525-2010
Specify the basic parameters such as the nominal diameter, pressure matching and the temperature resistance performance of the non-metallic lining.
International standard
ISO 10380 : Specification dimensional tolerances, burst pressure and fatigue life;
ASME B31.3 : Emphasis on corrosion resistance and vibration resistance requirements in the chemical engineering field;
EU PED 2014/68/EU : Mandatory CE certification, blast pressure ≥4 times working pressure.

Pipe standard
Seamless tubes: GB/T 14975-2002;
Welded pipes: GB/T 14976-2002, GB/T 12771-2008 (Fluid conveyance);
International General: ASTM A312/A312M-2019.
Food grade requirements
Subject to GB 4806.9-2016 (food contact materials) and FDA standards.

Explosion-proof site : Subject to ATEX certification;
Low temperature environment : LNG transportation needs to withstand liquid nitrogen shock at -196 ° C;
Extra-long hose : Up to 20 meters in continuous length (such as central air conditioning refrigerant hose).
⚠️ VI. Certification and Regulatory updates
1 October 2024 : CCC certification for gas connection hoses (stainless steel bellows, metal-clad hoses, rubber hoses) will be accepted from 1 October 2024;
1 October 2025 : CCC certification management will be enforced.

In industrial scenarios, it is necessary to comprehensively match the pressure level (such as PN0.6 to PN4.0), temperature range (-196℃ to 450℃), and medium corrosiveness with matching materials (304/316L).
