The multi-layer composite structure design adopts oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant synthetic rubber (such as nitrile rubber and fluorine rubber), which is in direct contact with the medium to ensure sealing performance.
The reinforcing layer is made by weaving or winding multiple layers of steel wire (for example, a 4-layer steel wire wound rubber hose can withstand a pressure of 70-120 mpa, and a 6-layer ultra-high pressure rubber hose can reach even higher pressure), and it is the pressure-bearing core.
Outer rubber layer: A wear-resistant and anti-aging rubber layer that protects the steel wire layer from external mechanical damage and environmental erosion.
